I like playing 6/49 and Super 7 from time-to-time, but the situation that was revealed by André Marin this week is shocking. Why are the retailers not regulated or registered? How come the OLC do not know how many retailers they have? In just about every other contest/lottery employees, family of employees, friends of employees, people who work for agencies of the contest/lottery administrator are not eligible to win. But yet in a multi-billion dollar public lottery they can??? I have more faith in the local 50/50 draw at the arena than I do in the OLC right now.
So, a regular joe like me is going to have to win tonights $25 million dollar draw to start the process of fixing this problem.
