In an ongoing effort to grow our business we stepped up our cold-calling and cold-emailing and found this quote to be of particular interest. It acts as a guiding light in our efforts, and more attention should be paid to it by more people, more often.

Hmm, I’ll have a think about this one Chris. I have to say, from an email point of view, Apple always make me want to empty my wallet, I think it’s partly because they don’t seem to push too hard, they just have absolute confidence in the products and services they offer.
