Our time in Scotland has been great, filled with great food, good travel, and the best of friends. The wedding ceremony and susequent reception dinner were fantastic – Dalhousie Castle is a wonderful venue, and the staff have been very gracious in every way.
Today we are checking out of Dalhousie (the same Dalhousie as the university in Halifax) and hitting the road for some more sightseeing. We’re heading for St. Andrews and then will continue along the coast following the Fife Coastal Route finishing our day in Elie (pronounced e-lee) at The Ship Inn for what is heralded as the best fish and chips in the Kingdom.
